Decent pay. It is just a staffing company and you are ONLY valuable while engaged with a company.

Minpunten

Limited benefits. They don't always honor their contract on OT pay. In fact, they will ignore you, so be careful.

Pluspunten

Staff treats you very well. Genuinely concerned for your well being and happiness. The periodic lunches are very nice. I have had no issues after several years of working at client sites for them.

Minpunten

The benefits package is not that great. Their medical plan leave something to be desired. And even though this is not anyone's fault, there are not a lot of sites in this region needing my area of specialty. So when you go off of a site be ready to keep yourself busy for a while.
