Management offers their employees both work from home model or hybrid office model. And I feel that management really works hard to promote work/life balance for the employees. Also they would do whatever they can to help you meet both your professional and personal goals. There is a lot of positives when working for Telco Experts.

Like I said there are challenges. And if you don't like to work hard or don't work well with others, you might not do very well in this company.
