Management will never understand the ground level, and prioritise productivity. Work productivity is also not objectively measured with inefficient call interface and system. Strong hierachy game here whoops Work environment was fine at first but slowly progressed into one that is pretty toxic. If you would like to work in an environment where you can't even provide proper help to people who seek assistance then well go ahead :) Working here would provide you with enough money for a meagre life and enable you to feel a sense of worthlessness. Good place to reflect on humanity and why empathy is such a scam sometimes.
