Salary is very low, consultants are more important than employers, if they take as a developer, you will not ever write code, the mails are more valuable and important than working, a lot of employees thinks they are like Gods but effectively they are good for nothing. They don't care if you work, the important is that you stay at your place even if you are web-surfing

It is a very good company in Italy, but now there are no more possibilities to grow. It is completely "static".

A good thing is employer's care. there are a lot of services for employer's family. Health care, children's schools, children summer camps, etc.
