Nice people, remote job, flexible hours.

Training is nonexistent, was hired with no experience which was said to be fine but before 2 months I'm let go. Company promised growth and a solid career.

Pluspunten

Supportive leadership and growth opportunities if you are able to prove yourself. The company is still in a developmental stage and there are things that could be improved, but leadership and HR listen to concerns and I can see progress being made to improve things. In the last couple of months new, supportive leadership has been added to our crews, they are purchasing new equipment, and our voices are being heard.
