Decent pay as a temp and a little better pay if you get promoted. Decent benefits once hired on full time. If you're in need of making money come here, just don't expect a great career out of it.
Minpunten
High Turnover, meaning there is always people leaving and coming in. Very Low Morale - Company does not count sick notes, sick days, without getting half to a full point. PTO time is taken out, and they don't pay you for short term medical leave which is illegal. Staff is unbearable and the three shifts are constantly creating drama and problems for each other. Company is losing money due to new hires screwing up orders and lazy workers. Constantly being put down if a machine isn't working properly, blamed for a lot of issues that isn't the employee's fault.
