I have had the opportunity to work providing services to the biggest enterprises in Mexico and LATAM, Telmex is the main Telco provider in the region, so almost all of the companies in the use our services. I have developed my skills with dealing with customers in complex failure scenarios such as with multiple requirements related to our service. I have led IT professionals teams up to 60 people. In general all the job is under pressure so it maximizes the learning opportunities.

The Company leadership is old, they are very focused in the past business style and are unable to see the new ways that are more attractive for the customers and employees. Even with that the opportunity to learn and do things differently are great.
