Poor leadership from ownership - only concerned with $$ today. Underqualified staff - cannot troubleshoot basic IT issues. An IT company with NO Technical people! Ownership created new overbearing policies, and demanded employees sign them or be fired (borderline illegal), thus all of the technical people are gone. Ownership has constantly berated their clients and backed them into a corner, threatening to pull their staff. I've never had a vendor threat me this way - NEVER!!
