Excellent Culture: I would say everyone is very supportive and understanding.You can ask questions to anyone and they will answer and explain properly. Even if needed they will call you and give overview/details. Managers/fellow senior engineers are understanding if you need more time to work on something.

No Benefits: As a fresher software engineer you need some benefits like office food/gym or gym allowance and shuttle service to office which makes your life much easier when you are far from home as bachelor. None of this is provided by teradata, Even any other benefits that most companies provide if you do work from home like monitor , internet bill compensation is also not provided. Compensation is also low.
