The work-life balance was great, and the environment was not overly stressful.
The team was cooperative and supportive, especially my team leader who was approachable and helpful.

The stipend and salary offered were quite low, especially compared to market standards for similar roles
While the co-founder was friendly, there was little to no interaction with my team, which felt a bit discouraging at times. It would have been motivating to have some engagement or recognition from leadership.
