Nice work colleagues to drown with under poor leadership

Poor Leadership and planning. The product is weak and not the best fit for complex test cases, and is easily priced out of most discussions. High Turnover rate leading to gaps in processes and poor communication. Unrealistic goals for the sales/BDR team lead to disappointed investors.

One of the best companies I have worked with so far. From the leadership team to the CEO and co-founders, the support, vision, and culture truly stand out. The people here are incredibly talented, approachable, and always willing to help each other grow. If you are someone who genuinely wants to work hard, learn continuously, and grow both personally and professionally, I would absolutely recommend joining this company. The culture is top-notch, and the opportunities to learn are immense. This is a place where your efforts will be recognized if you are willing to give your 100%, stay focused, take ownership, and contribute towards the company’s growth while growing yourself alongside it. But at the same time, this environment is best suited for people who come with the mindset to build, improve, and push themselves every day. If that mindset is missing, it may not be the right fit. Grateful for the experience, the people, and the lessons learned throughout the journey.
