Management allowed staff to take initiative in working on projects allowing for room for advancement. Management also attempted keep up employee morale with annual company party. Knowledgeable people offered the opportunity to learn.
Minpunten
While allowing for advancement, project managers did not provide enough mentorship and direction for junior staff. Compensation was fairly low amongst industry standards and when employees were light on work, it was i and implied that vacation time should be used.
