Managers and coworkers are very friendly and want to help. The work itself is pretty straightforward and slow paced.

Minpunten

Most experienced people are severely overloaded and the more you know and can do, the worse that condition becomes. Operational planning and structure are a big problem. Managers want to fix things but are held back by lack of budget which results in poor implementations.

Textron GSE is an awesome place to kickstart your career. It's still a growing company, so there are opportunities for growth as well. The company itself is very family-oriented, and they treated me like another employee instead of just a mere intern, which I admired.

Minpunten

The projects I was given were a little bit unorganized due to them not having many Supply Chain Interns in the past, but they still tried to give me work that made me feel like I contributed to the company, so I appreciate that.
