Large umbrella of companies within Textron Corp you can move around in.

Minpunten

Understaffed and underfunded. My department was cut in half and the workload doubled. The problems in the company created by mismanagement quickly become the employees problems. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE! Never fully off work. Called on weekends anywhere from 8am to 1am for "emergency projects" I left company for this reason and have never been happier.
