- seguro de salud (que sale de tu nómina, que no te engañen) - trabajo monótono que no requiere mucho esfuerzo mental

Minpunten

El constante cambio en los objetivos de la empresa según le sople el viento a los altos cargos hace que haya reuniones recurrentes en las que solo se pierde tiempo. Middle management está oxidado no, el siguiente nivel. No tienen habilidades de liderazgo, ni de gestión de personal, y el inglés de la mayoría deja mucho que desear. - la oficina (estéril y sin ningún tipo de incentivo para que acudas) está a lejos de todo, en Pozuelo. - imposible conseguir trabajo en remoto, imposible avanzar profesionalmente, cultura tóxica.

Pluspunten

The Cigna Group overall is a fantastic company to work for! They invest in their employees and do a great job ensuring everyone, in all departments/locations/teams feel as if they matter with the multitude of perks they offer to employees. Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

Minpunten

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.
