Great pay, and some really great people to work with on occasion.

Minpunten

Passing the buck from CEOs, and corporate ideas that have fallen flat. We didn't need this expensive new line of TCS Closets to continue our "Closet Domination" Innovations with the Elfa Product would have been fine. 18" Decor shelves instead of TCS Closets would have made us. This is just Furniture for Living all over again, but worse because we cant' design TCS Closets in the stores. Has to be some contractual thing because this just doesn't make sense not to have our people design. What were you thinking?

Decent pay for the most part

Minpunten

No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
