If you want to do meaningful work, like truly meaningful work, you will be happy here. Managers are all excellent people, and the culture is very caring amongst each other.

Minpunten

Salary might be lower which may have affected retention, but no one is really underpaid, and there is a tradeoff for trying to do socially impactful work.

- potentially very impactful work, and when it's impactful it's impactful - motivated and inspiring colleagues - the core values attract brilliant and motivated people, however, the consistency of those values in practice isn't always there

Minpunten

- low pay - hours can get intense, especially for pay - work doesn't always feel impactful, a side effect of growth perhaps
