Helps young upstarts. Provides real-world experience.

Minpunten

Very unorganized. People, including tech leads, come and go as they please. Little to no preparation or forethought or briefing of any kind. If there are rules, they were never followed. One team member would do something and another team member would undo it.

Minpunten

It is non-profit so there is no pay, this is normal for non-profit work but thats what it takes sometimes when you need to gain professional work experience.

You go right from the 12-week classroom phase of Actualize into real work for a real client on a real agile team, with mentoring from graduates who have work experience. What can be better? You also have the ability to pair-program on any part of the process that you choose.

Minpunten

It is not paid at this point, as we are helping some unbelievable charities and non-profits. But the company is getting closer to deals with companies that will pay for our great work.
