Associate Director in Business Support has no control of her team. Frequent public arguments amongst team members which saw individuals threaten to quit. The finance team leader does what she wants and doesn't listen to the Associate Director. Micro manage their staff. Set unrealistic targets. Have no understanding of mental health and if you have a mental health condition they refuse to make any reasonable adjustments as you are seen as an inconvenience. Management accountant has no people skills and will often make the credit controllers task more difficult. HR are useless and have no real desire to change anything that is going wrong, for example - an employee with a mental health condition is supposed to have support meetings each month with HR and their manager. The Business Support Associate Director refused to attend these as she was too busy. The associate director in Business Support isn't shy on sharing controversial and unacceptable views on mental health describing individuals who have one as hiding behind it.

Minpunten
