-Great location -Staff can take part in guest activities (riding, hiking, fishing, etc.) -Hard-working, FUN staff -2 days off every week! -Only 20 minutes from Steamboat -Phenomenal guests that truly care about the staff

-Pay is not comparable to industry standard for skilled positions -Lots of supervisor turnover -Seemingly unethical discrepancies in the tip policy that are unclear to both guests and staff -Staff housing and board is charged at an astronomical rate compared to other guest ranches in the area and beyond -Staff meals are very inconsistent regarding quality, time, and level of options -Lack of interest, both capital and physical, from owners is very apparent -Staff housing is a joke, some of the living situations are truly deplorable (No working door, mold, no water pressure in showers, etc.)

Meeting new people at the store and being able to help them obtain what they need and/or want while staying within budget constraints. I also work with a great team in my department.

There appears to be a considerable amount of favoritism at the store which sometimes is hard to understand how things are supposed to be ran efficiently and effectively in order to store people want to come back to and shop.
