no work life balance be ready to give up your mealtimes for last minute covers planning and ops operates like a production line, and us teachers - their machines (except that the production line is systematic while planning and ops is a mess) no regard for the students, we know they might struggle with the curriculum, yet we are told to get them to continue attending classes
