Quell engages its employees with fun activities, holiday parties and outings, which my previous employer never held. I learned a lot from the owners, and they helped guide me in my day-to-day responsibilities. I became a stronger professional. And they accommodated me when I had family duties. Overall, it was an excellent job that enhanced my career because I worked with a variety of very bright people.

It’s a very strategic, consultative agency so you need to have the skills to perform well to meet client deadlines.

The Owners gave "Snaps" to employees to recognize them for outstanding work! The culture was upbeat and fun with a lot of employee activities and lunches. The CEO mentored me to grow my skill set. He is a respected leader known for all facets of branding and strategic communications. He works with CEOs to help them achieve their strategic vision.

This isn't really a con but you have to be highly organized. This Agency has multiple clients and multiple deadlines daily. If you ask for help, the team at Quell is always ready to help.
