I was given a free room and 7 week meal plan as compensation for working there. Also it gave me receptionist experience.
Minpunten
You were chained to the desk. You couldn't leave unless a CA came to watch the desk, but that only happened maybe once a shift for about 10 min at most. We could work 12 hours in a row without ever getting a break. Management spoke out of two sides of their mouths and didn't care about what anybody had to say. We were required to work open houses which were about from 8am-4pm with a break long enough to scarf down your breakfast. As for the residents who lived there, management was only out to screw you for more money any and every way they can. They always managed to squeeze money out of every single resident, that wasn't their rent.
