I started at T-ROC right out of college. I didn’t really know what I wanted to do, but they saw something and took a chance on me. The starting pay was higher than I ever could have expected considering I’d just graduated, the commission was incredible, and the benefits were excellent. The managers really took me in and taught me everything they could about how to be a successful salesman. By the time I left, I was actually the one training the newbies in sales techniques.
I’m now working at my dream company and I don’t think I would have been able to get this job without all of the skills I learned at T-ROC. They really help you grow and become the best version of yourself.

The hours are inconsistent week to week. I liked the flexibility when I was younger but now I prefer more consistency and stability.
