Pluspunten
Well, they pay you a salary which is nice in the winter when it's slow, however you never get your paycheck so I guess it's not really that nice.
Minpunten
They call you at 7 or 8 at night to tell you where you are working the next day, could call you to work on your day off. Very disorganized, very top heavy with too many people in charge, investigators know what they need to do without being micromanaged. You are supposed to get paid every 2 weeks but it's like every three weeks and they still send paperchecks, no direct deposit, probably because they have money problems and need the extra time to get money in the bank. You will have a bounced check or have a hold put on your check. Managers are constantly calling you and you have to check in with a half a dozen people everyday when you should be focused on your file. You need to have your update, report and video loaded and sent before you leave your case. They lie to you and say they sent your check when they actually didn't. If you have never worked at another company, you wouldn't know the difference but it's not a pleasant place to work and you will never have a life with the completely unreasonable travel. Oh, and you will be expected to drive in hurricanes and blizzards because they really don't care about your safety just the billable hours they will get out of you.
