Pluspunten
- The remote/hybrid setup is convenient, especially if you prefer working from home
- Great setting stone if you're new to the VA Industry
- Work Life Balance
Minpunten
- Micromanaged, underpaid, and limited growth
- Time tracker system feels like too much control, it can be stressful and demotivating
- They often say the company is employee-centered, but honestly, it doesn’t always feel that way once you’re in
- The Great Place to Work award doesn’t really reflect how most employees feel. We were encouraged to complete the survey and even given Foodpanda vouchers as an incentive, so it’s hard to say if the results truly reflect everyone’s honest experience
- They always say “we support because people matter,” but in reality, it often feels quite the opposite.
- Promotions and growth opportunities are limited.
- The pay is low, especially considering how much clients are billed, only a small cut goes to the employee. I was earning ₱28,000 all in even with 10 years of experience, which felt discouraging
- They have a 2-year employment bond, and if you resign before completing it, you’ll need to pay around ₱20,000–₱40,000, which can feel a bit unreasonable given the salary and workload.
