We were encouraged to complete the survey and even given Foodpanda vouchers as an incentive, so it’s hard to say if the results truly reflect everyone’s honest experience - They always say “we support because people matter,” but in reality, it often feels quite the opposite. - Promotions and growth opportunities are limited. - The pay is low, especially considering how much clients are billed, only a small cut goes to the employee. I was earning ₱28,000 all in even with 10 years of experience, which felt discouraging - They have a 2-year employment bond, and if you resign before completing it, you’ll need to pay around ₱20,000–₱40,000, which can feel a bit unreasonable given the salary and workload.
