      It's fantastic to build and work on apps that make a real difference to peoples lives, especially so when hearing positive comments and feedback from user reviews. Great office culture and found it enjoyable to work alongside all my colleagues. Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. Teamwide involvement when designing new features for products. Yearly salary reviews and opportunity for promotions. It is a great entry into the industry to build up experience. Every day brought a new challenge; there was always something new to work on.

      The pace of development is very fast, which can be stressful at times - especially in the run up to a big release. Tight budgets and deadlines which could result in overtime to deliver and meet requirements.

      Therapy Box is dynamic, forward thinking, founder-led tech agency. The founders are passionate about the company and their clients. They have managed to attract some impressive clients and are always ambitiously trying new technologies whether that be eye-tracking, speech recognition, predictive text or machine learning. It's a great place to be exposed to establish a career in tech, by taking on challenges and being exposed to lots of technologies!

      Therapy Box expects a lot from their employees, even Junior developers and Interns who are working on with a specific technology for the very first time. The pressures of a small business to hit targeted milestones, means that projects are built at a rushed pace, which leads to challenge as a Project Manager when it comes to assuring high quality app store ready apps, whilst trying to limiting the amount of time for QA testing in order to deliver products to clients in a timely manner.
