95% of the people are great at giving and receiving constructive criticism. Every manager in every department is willing to help employees grow and succeed and communication is top notch. There is profit sharing and the benefits are really good, they pay 100% of the premiums. You get what you put into it, if you want to be a rock star and go for the gold they will give you the tools to do so. VP's and Randy are always have their door open if you need something or want to talk.
Minpunten
There does seem to be a hint of nepotism. I noticed there are "Owen's" in almost every department in leadership. They want this to stay a family company but with the rate they are growing there needs to be a review and honest discussion how internal and external entities view this.
