Pluspunten
Party culture in the office, beer/wine fridge, ping pong table, free (mediocre) snacks. If you're lucky you'll bond with one or two of your colleagues (likely over how frustrated and disillusioned you are with the company). There are some very capable, ambitious folks here who mean well.

Seriously - believe the reviews. Nightmare of a place filled with a toxic work culture (unpaid overtime is expected and never rewarded), mismanagement on every level, and extremely unprofessional HR (who always seem to be promoting themselves, funny enough, though I had to fight with them to get a promised raise that accompanied a promotion). Nobody here seems to stay longer than 1-3 years. Expect a high employee turnover due to frequent layoffs (I've seen the smartest person in the room be fired with nary a warning or proper explanation) and folks quitting left and right. The products are shoddy and there's seemingly an endless backlog of new features that are quick to be promised but never delivered on. Clients seem to be dropping like flies, so I guess they've wised up.
