Management team does a great job of, not only listening to their employees, but also effectively solving problems in a timely manner. Never have I worked for a company where I have seen a manager step up and get their hands dirty in every occasion asked of them. Positive work environment from cooks and servers alike with people dedicated to hospitality.

Money could be a little better for the bartenders

Truly Spanish spirits and foods, Iberico Jamon, cheeses, olives etc.

Horrible attitude towards their employees by Management. No shift meals, cheap tourists who do not tip, confusing & constantly changing work ethos. If you consider yourself a professional, do NOT work for any TFG program; major regret if you do!
