Pluspunten
Three Ireland is in a great location, it's close to good eateries, pubs, transport links and near to the city center. The staff are fantastic, everyone is doing their best and there is great banter amongst teams. The pay is also just above average and benefits are OK. The place is empty after 5/5.30 which says a lot about the work-life balance.
Minpunten
The management, the management, the management. The same management have resided over the technology department for the best part of 15-20 years yet 3 Ireland consistently ranks last in the P3 network benchmarking. Management treat full-time and contract staff like crap, openly belittling people in team meetings that don't subscribe to their way of thinking. There is absolutely no faith in the management from staff, none. Profanity is the norm in meetings. If you are looking to challenge yourself technically, be surrounded by inspiring leaders or grow yourself professioally this is 100% not the place to go. The management here are a perfect example of the Dunning-Kruger effect.
