Pluspunten
Nature of the job required cross-functional teamwork. You learn a lot this way and how the company operates. *Most* co-workers were easy to work with and cooperative. Of course, there are always those certain employees that make work unpleasant.
Minpunten
Company direction was cloudy at best. Seems leadership kept trying different things - was obsessed with beating out the [giant] competition yet unwilling to take the strides in development to get there. Oftentimes it felt like just trying to keep heads above water. Many of the all-hands tech calls, if not going well, would tend to get ugly quick. When the CEO/president/upper management all start dialing in or involving themselves voluntarily, you know there's gonna be some head-butting (too many chiefs in the room syndrome). Leadership/management set the tone (and culture) of the workplace. Pigeon-holed growth/development opportunities.
