Hard-selling is the name of the game in the carwash business, you get punished if your sales ratio is low. Insurance is incredibly expensive. Profit Share does not exist unless you are an extremely busy location. Financial data does not show true profitability. Micro-management to the extreme--such that there are more than a dozen different metrics to be evaluated on. Minimum of 4 audits per month. The pay structure is confusing to say the least. The vacation redemption is very restrictive. There is no upward mobility at all. Stay away unless you want to be a mechanic full time. They penalize you monetarily if you make an error on a damage claim or call for help on repairs, so you best do it yourself. Oh, and you also have to be your own landscaper or it costs you.
