Almost everyone I work with are good people, Most of the processing is interesting and can be fun to say the least. There’s opportunity’s for overtime. Very clean work environment, we all work together at the and of all shifts to clean together. Good benefits Better lunch rooms and cafeterias then previous companies I worked for. You get 3 breaks two 10m breaks and one 30m break for lunch. That’s a lot better then previous companies I’ve worked for DOWNTIME machines go down all the time and you get to either do something else or wait for it to get fixed that’s always nice.

They have a point system, which means if you get to many infractions/points your fired. They can assign weekend work, it can mandatory. Your on your feet all day using your hands if you work on the floor hands on during any processes. Some of the processes are over 5 steps rinse and repeat for hours can get overwhelming. You might get paired with someone or a trainer you might not be able to fully understand, because of a language barrier. I’ve learned to just watch imitate and try to understand best as possible.
