Shutdown pay after 2 year. 11$ starting out as reg production associate. Lots of overtime for those who like it and has no other life.
Minpunten
Management only cares about themselves. More of shutup and get the job done by any means necessary. Mandantory OT every Saturday and some Sundays. Machine tracking system always an issue. Only one to 2 operators can take vacations at a time. Vending machine system for PPE supplies. Areas always short handed on operators because of high turnover rates. Decent supervisors but worse managers ever. People care about each other more than managment. Associates living in fear and round table meeting was suppose to correct issues but some people are so scared to address their concerns. Cameras around the floor to monitor operation. At one point there was a camera in the breakroom plant 2. No more 401K match, no attendance bonus, only $25 gift card for thanksgiven bonus, and 160$ yearly bonus. Everything is taken away. I want president saygy back. Back when he walk all around the plant and shake people's hands and ask them how they were doing. Not a manager that walk around and sign boards "good job" everyday without even eye contact with an operator. Not to mention everyone is paranoid that soon everything is going to move to the newly built plan in Mexico.
