They are always looking to tweak processes to get more efficiencies and it takes up time to meet on potential changes.

They employees are nice, but anyone in management is terrible

working for this company for 13 years with no bad reviews , no displine actions, no problems and because I had an incident with a manager over their poor hiring practices I was fired, You are just a number there and if you are not a YES man you will not survive. I currently have a pending law suit against this company
