Minpunten
Managers do not take any time to develop employees unless you’re in the maintenance department. Top Production Manager likes to create conflicts between departments. Managers don’t even pretend to listen to employee complaints. The belief here is conflicts create competition between employees. Production management puts random people on vacation list to prevent employees from being able to request time off. When conducting a root cause analysis they are only looking for who to blame instead of what can we improve. If you can get into the “clan” and go drinking with the top managers you can get promoted to positions that never existed and were never posted. Continuous improvement definition here is how many heads can we eliminate. I have never worked for a place that rewards incompetence the way they do here.
