Leadership makes yearly changes to the company’s commercial strategy and its structure. But if you can handle it, you can learn a lot. They don’t have managers, really. While there is great onboarding and training, it’s done by colleagues, not managers. There are no performance reviews and little guidance, so you need to be okay with being independent, getting friendly feedback from colleagues, but little to no professional guidance from management.

The senior management is a visionary, and like many great visionaries can be very strong headed and have a single track mind. Many can see this as a con, however this is the same qualities held by the worlds greatest CEOs such as Musk, Jobs, & Gates. Leadership is not afraid to fail fast and keep innovating. This can mean quick a frequent changes to people and organizational structure. While, it can be a bumpy ride, if you're willing to hold on, the quality of relationships, growth, and personal satisfaction are immense!
