      Pluspunten

      It's a small company that really values their employees and they have fun. Most of the people here have started at ground level and worked their way up, and the company helps with getting licensed. The toxicity I've experienced at other jobs just really doesn't exist in this office. The culture is open communication and supporting each other. They are flexible, understanding and patient. They have very good PTO *and* sick leave allowances, as well as 410k match.

      Minpunten

      The insurance options are okay, but the company doesn't cover dependents so any additional plans for family will be out of pocket. The company is working on expanding diversity right now, but there's a ways to go.

      I left the state and worked at many title companies; I would always think back to how much I loved Title One.. thankfully I made it back to Utah and my only choice was to come back here!! They truly care about their employees and are so great to work for.

      Pluspunten

      Title One is always innovating to stay relevant in the Utah real estate industry. There is an excellent culture of wanting to succeed as a team. The management is amazing to work with. The co-workers are fun, professional, and supportive.

      Minpunten

      There are not any major cons I can find, but since there is always room for improvement, I'd say that the marketing team and escrow teams are still working out how to work cohesively.
