- Nice central London offices - Employees are really nice. Everyone is (was) very close. - Has some potential to be a good place to work if there are some big changes in management

Minpunten

- They made half of the London office redundant towards the middle of 2019, largely due to being slow to react to market conditions in the UK and after financing the opening of a further 4 offices within 4 years, against the best advice of their staff - Founders are largely ineffective and without vision or leadership - Redundancies were dealt with in a terrible way, leaving those who were being let go until the end of the day, meaning those who knew they were safe had to go back to work, sometimes knowing others around them would be let go - Single client, Google, which can be great to work for, but also can be terrible as you're at the behest of a large and inefficient organisation that has the money to stall. Puts a lot of pressure on unexpected gaps in workload and you can end up making small changes over the course of weeks - Generally mismanaged by its founders. Critical decisions take weeks, or do not happen at all - They do not listen to the advice of their staff, regardless of warnings or cries for help - One of the founders, previously not an active part of the company due to aggressive behaviour, has returned to the company. This has caused another wave of resignations due to zero change in his behaviour. Seemingly a till aggressive and still horrible to work with

Lack of leadership Inexperienced SF management The work is lacking creatively No office structure London HR is controlling One London director is impossible to work/communicate with The SF office is in a transitional phase so there are still a lot of kinks to work out but the main issue here is the lack of true leadership coming from the London office. The SF office is being led by inexperienced management that think they know how to run an agency. As good as the intentions are, there is a lot more damage being done than being fixed. London would see the issue if they had more of a presence in this office. It sends a message to the employees currently working here that they don't really care what happens within their own company when the people left in charge are able take advantage of their position.
