I joined Togetherwork over 10 years ago after the company I worked for was acquired. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but what I found was an organization that recognizes hard work, values internal talent, and surrounds you with smart, kind, and driven people. My professional growth here has been unmatched, and the trust and responsibility I’ve been given have truly shaped my career. I’ve helped build the accounting team we have today and now manage a group of talented individuals who embody our values. Many across our department have advanced and been promoted over the years, reflecting TW’s commitment to developing people from within. This past year brought major change with new leadership, and while the transition was challenging, it ultimately became revitalizing. I’m forever grateful for our former leadership team—the foundation they built, the opportunities they gave me, and the trust they placed in my abilities are the reasons I’m still here today. At the same time, our new executive team is experienced, transparent, and deeply invested in the success of its people. Working alongside them this past year has made me incredibly optimistic about our future, and I feel more aligned with our long-term vision than ever before. It’s been rewarding to learn from both leadership teams, past and present. The benefits are strong as well. HR continually strives to expand employee-friendly offerings, the 401(k) match is competitive and fully vested, and unlimited PTO provides great flexibility. There is always meaningful work to do, but the company supports work–life balance and encourages you to take time for yourself and your family. Our workforce is diverse, inclusive, and unified toward shared goals. Togetherwork rewards those who work hard, adapt, stay hungry, and embrace challenges. I’m proud of how far we’ve come and even more excited about where we’re headed.
