Pluspunten
Loved working with other Co workers. Management are good about days off and holidays. Free uniform and 3 tea/coffees a day and staff discount only on sandwiches for lunch and small discount on fuel for staff. If a staff member wanted more hours they could get more hours in another location too. Good on the job training for staff.
Minpunten
Bad management. Poor communication with staff. Management flipping over the smallest thing to staff. Bad bullying vibe athnosphere to work in. High turn over of staff constantly. Don’t get paid for over time Minimum wage for the job that’s done. If a staff member was slow on target selling management gave them a hard time. Management lies to staff about being promoted to make them work harder and new staff being promoted only few months in the job dispite other staff working there years. In my own opinion staff that has been working a long time there gets no respect. Complaints to management falls on deaf ears. Treated like a robot most the time.
