Everything about it. The environment will kill you. Inferno like temps inside the building in summer, frigid in the winter. During the coldest winter day in WI, company shut off the heat to save money. They will work you like a dog and not care about you at all. The place is run SO poorly, management takes zero accountability for anything people will stab you in the back and then smile right to your face. Union is complete garbage, no one stand up for their union members or advocate for workers right with the company what's so ever.
