Pluspunten

Some truly talented employees—but watching them try to succeed here is like watching someone try to sprint through quicksand. If you enjoy banging your head against a brick wall, you’ll be thrilled with the leadership structure.

Minpunten

Micromanagement Level: Olympic Gold Medalists – If you love being second-guessed at every turn, you’ll thrive here. Sales Strategy? What Sales Strategy? – The official approach is “Take ‘em to dinner and hope for the best.” Revolutionary. Zero Employee Empowerment – You could discover the cure for bad leadership, and they'd still ignore your input. Leadership’s Ego is the Real CEO – The only thing growing here is their overinflated sense of self-importance. Career Growth = Absolutely Not – You’ll get more career development from watching motivational TikToks than working here. Culture of "Do As I Say, Not As I Do" – Leadership will send a company-wide email about accountability while ducking every ounce of responsibility themselves. Unless you’re actively seeking stress, frustration, and a leadership team that believes golf is a personality trait, I’d suggest running—not walking—away from this company.

Pluspunten

The benefits are alright. No micromanagement, everyone seems to work at their own pace. Steady work. 40-45 hour work weeks.

Minpunten

Not generous with the PTO. I have a disability where I am not able to drive some days (maybe 1-2 time a month) and have requested to work remotely those days as I am still able to perform. You must request a day in advance to work remotely which may or may not be denied, and since I cannot tell whether I am able to drive until the day of, I was forced to use my PTO. We are given 15 days, and the PTO does not transfer over to the next year. I feel as if everyone fends for themselves, meaning, I have no clue what the person next to me does. We work in relatively small teams, and each team player has a completely different job assignment. I am not able to perform my coworker's job, and they are not able to do mine. I keep trying to learn in case they are absent, however, they almost seem to guard their work. This makes working as a team incredibly difficult. As a growing company, TFP still has some kinks to work out. I give credit to management for trying to improve, but the methods just aren't working. Also, I wasn't allowed to go into the field? My title is APM, it is my responsibility to help the PM and this includes viewing projects in-person. It's all office work, which for me, is a no.
