Ownership/Leadership does not seem to know how to run a solid business. Resource management approach is archaic, approaching draconian. The company is treated more like a hobby with many positions filled by the friends and family plan, and management approach changes based on the latest "great idea" flavor of the year. All revenue comes from government contracts which has caused issues with company cash flow and stability. Career advancement potential is based on the whims of leadership rather than capability or individual performance.
