Take a deep look at how long many of the office employees have been there. Many are less than 2-3 years. There is a very high turnover here and it won’t take a new employee long to figure out why. The owner has his thumb on every aspect as he should. But there is so much micromanaging happening no one can ever make a decision, therefore nothing ever changes.
