During my time in this role, I found the work environment to be unsupportive and at times extremely challenging. I frequently observed decisions that appeared to be based on personal relationships rather than merit, which was discouraging and made it difficult to feel valued. I also experienced behaviour and communication that felt dismissive and disrespectful, particularly toward women, which negatively affected morale and psychological safety. Promises made during recruitment about development opportunities, progression and support were not honoured, and feedback or concerns were often met with resistance or minimised. Support systems for employees dealing with conflict or poor management were inadequate, which left many feeling unheard and stressed.

My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing. The management's approach has been detrimental to my mental health, with instances of unprofessional behavior and a lack of support. Initially, they create a positive impression and during probation, they do nothing but praise you. However, when they extend your probation for no good reason, it's a complete shock, especially since no reviews are provided before or after probation extensions. The role I was hired for was misrepresented, and I found myself performing tasks and carrying out a job I hadn't agreed to during the interview process. The company's understanding of HR practices and employment law is questionable, and they do not follow proper investigation meetings or disciplinary procedures, often failing to provide evidence or meeting notes. I wouldn't be surprised if they face legal challenges in the near future. Staff turnover is alarmingly high, with employees being dismissed frequently and without just cause. This constant cycle of hiring and firing has led to low morale among the remaining staff, many of whom are actively seeking other opportunities. You only have to read the other reviews on here to see that other employees have had similar negative experiences. There are far superior companies to work for that follow proper HR practices and employment law, and genuinely value their employees' well-being. In summary, if you value your mental health and job securiiry I would advise against joining this company there is a reason they only have a 2.3 star rating on glass door.
