This is a company that experiences a lot of cronyism. If one is not part of the club, one does not profile. The goals seem attainable, and they are for the most part. But the working environment is such that it makes it impossible to attain any level of success.

It is a bank that is poised to grow. It is owned by Banco Popular Espanol, S.A. Totalbank has many dedicated, positive hard working people that are team oriented. The bank promotes from within about 90% or higher of the time. They are dedicated to create career paths for all employees that want to grow within the organization. They offer extensive training upon hire and follow up trainings occur as well. They have performance evaluations for all employees and pay increase is based on performance.

Minpunten

Since it is a small bank, there may not be an opening in an area in which you may want to grow. It may take some time to get there.
