Very smart hard working people that make a genuine effort to respond to any requests or issues as soon as possible. Gain valuable experience as several responsibilities are givien to you to manage. Good standard benefits provided- 401K, health, dental, vacation, etc.

Company operates too lean which minimizes opportunties to innovate cost saving plans, communicate, and increases a constant high level of stress for everyone involved. No real structured training program invested in employees in new roles. All work and no play.... most employees are overwhelmed with work and yet no employee social events, team building, or distractions are provided for employees. Moral is low... Not much is listened to or done about employee satsfaction due to work load, benefits, or social distractions to boost moral. No clear career path or opportunities availible. As positions are vacant- temps are called in to fill them.

As a contractor, the expectations were extremely high while the benefits, recognition, and job security were significantly lower compared to full-time employees. Contractors were often expected to handle multiple responsibilities due to constant pressure from upper management to reduce headcount, creating a stressful and draining work environment. Despite proving your value through consistent performance over years, contractors still seemed overlooked for growth opportunities. In some cases, employees with only a few months of tenure were promoted into full-time roles, while experienced contractors were passed over. There was also a noticeable amount of workplace politics, and at times the culture did not feel fully inclusive or supportive. Compensation was decent, but overall work-life balance, contractor treatment, and career progression opportunities need major improvement
