Company operates too lean which minimizes opportunties to innovate cost saving plans, communicate, and increases a constant high level of stress for everyone involved. No real structured training program invested in employees in new roles. All work and no play.... most employees are overwhelmed with work and yet no employee social events, team building, or distractions are provided for employees. Moral is low... Not much is listened to or done about employee satsfaction due to work load, benefits, or social distractions to boost moral. No clear career path or opportunities availible.
