They really do care about their staff. They’re really trying to lean into the modern era of management. They’re also willing to listen. They have some of the best people I have ever worked with at St. John’s. Regional Director down we’re all fantastic people and very knowledgeable.

Minpunten

Sometimes upper management does not see the challenges of day to day operations for their assistant directors. They can also be a bit distant from them causing a bit of burnout from great a great AD (mine was awesome, even though we didn’t always see eye to eye)

After adjusting for inflation, my raise was a paltry <0.2%. I was told that was actually"very good." This was before it was announced that Touchpoint hit record profits. They also committed flagrant violations of labor law by telling us we weren't allowed to discuss salary amongst each other. Management was very poor during my time there. Lack of clinical knowledge and support made critical staffing periods much harder. We felt micromanaged when everyone was just trying their best. If you stood up for yourself or had a different idea, it was shot down. The morale was low and many people left for better opportunities. KPIs are a waste of time.
